More about the artists...

Greg Maroney...
is a Contemporary, New Age solo piano artist who has composed and recorded 11 CDs of original piano music.  He also has music on 3 compilation disks.  His music is emotionally rich yet peaceful, capturing the beauty and majesty of life.  He can be compared to other masters of contemporary piano such as Wayne Gratz, David Lanz, Michael Dulin, Liz Story, David Nevue, and Jim Brickman.
Greg currently lives with his wife on a small farm in south central Pennsylvania.  They have chickens, raise a great deal of their own food, and seek to live peacefully and in harmony with nature.
A quote from Greg Maroney:
"I have been asked many times what inspires me, where does the music come from, what drives me to create. Simple.
Nature. Wind, water, birds flying, plants growing, dogs barking, chickens squawking. The love of my wife. Listening to Vladimir Horowitz play all the great classical composers. Or Robert Earl Keen singing Armadillo Jackal. Discovering Pink Floyd 20 years later. A great cup of coffee. Creating something with my own hands. Growing enough in the vegetable garden to share with friends and still enough to then savor all winter. The sound of a freshly tuned tiller or chainsaw. The sound and feel of a freshly tuned piano. Building my barn with only hand tools. In short, all the usual things that surrounds us day to day.
I hope you find music in your world and your world in my music."

Greg Maroney's music evokes images and stories from both our memories and imaginations.  His original piano compositions are at times variations on simple and pure melodic themes, such as Wing River on "Songs of the Water Rose" and at others intricate patterns or passionate crescendo's found in songs like Esmeralda on "The Copper Hat".  His third release, "Sentinel" includes Fire Drake, a fast, fiery song full of joy at the summer weather and thunderstorms, and Avoi Dance, written for his wife Linda as she soaked up the afternoon sun in the hammock.  The fourth CD, "Harmony Grove" was inspired from his rural life experience.  Songs such as Nature's Fury and The Chicken Chase are his musical interpretations of the immediate natural surroundings.   Greg's 5th release, "Wind Chimes", was inspired, as the title suggests, by the collection of wind chimes hanging around the porch. He noticed that even though the chimes remained the same, every day they sang a different song. The direction of the wind, its velocity, the thickness of the air, the mood, all contribute to how one hears the ever-changing combinations and layers of sound.  "Seven Valleys", was inspired by the beauty of the region he now calls home, south central Pennsylvania. This area is rolling pastoral farmland, with endless fields of corn and wheat that ripple in the winds, summer thunderstorms and a natural, wonderful inner strength resulting from an independent way of living. "The Garden Gate" songs tell stories about the richness of love, romance, loss, being alive - written honestly and openly from the heart. The wonders of the natural world flourish within the songs and hopefully resonate with the listener's inner heart and spirit. Greg's 2011 release, "the journey", is his musical expression of life's journey.  "The Spectrum of Love" released in 2011, is gently emotive and evocative, continuing the expression of his love of life.  His latest release, "Hope Resides" is emotionally rich yet gentle.  It was recorded during a hurricane that struck the east coast in 2012, a fitting environment for this CD.

Greg has studied classical and jazz piano since age 5.  He also studied classical Indian Music and music of the Middle East, and gave performances on the sitar and saz in the early 1970's. Currently he continues to compose, teach and perform in concert both locally and nationally. He and his wife live in an old farmhouse in the country with 2 cats, 2 dogs, chickens, and his vegetable garden.

Listening to his music, you will find yourself reminiscing, smiling, waltzing and dreaming.

Philip Wesley...
"For me, playing the piano is the most gratifying form of self expression. Where words fail there is music."

The road to the piano for Philip Wesley has not been a straight path. You could say the piano actually found Philip Wesley. Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Philip Wesley grew up in a middle class household heavily involved in sports both soccer and football. An avid fan of music during his youth, Philip surprisingly did not begin playing music until the age of 16 when he received his first guitar as a Christmas present. Enraptured by rock music, Philip dove headlong into independent study. He taught himself to read and write guitar tablature, then poured over guitar books, learned songs note for note, and perfected blistering guitar solos.

When Philip entered college a few years later, he decided to major in Music Therapy. During his studies of music and music theory, he was serendipitously introduced to the solo piano music of David Lanz and was instantly mesmerized by it. At the tender age of 20, Philip began his long relationship with the piano. Once again, Philip poured over music books, this time the piano. "People hear that I didn't start playing the piano until age 20 and they are almost always amazed. I tell people that it's not too late to learn something new. When you have the drive, the passion, the dedication and the curiosity to learn something, new doors will open for you."

Upon graduation from college, Philip worked as a board certified psychiatric music therapist for nearly 10 years. During that time he began writing his own soulful piano music, developing his musical voice, and subsequently releasing his albums. To date he has released 6 albums of solo piano music including

'Heart to Hands' A Solo Piano Retrospective: 2002-2012

'Hope Endures'

'Dark Night of the Soul'

'Comfort & Joy'

'In a Lifetime'

'Finding Solace'

"The piano continues to challenge and inspire me; I can play my whole life and still not master this magnificent beast. I'm not a virtuoso pianist by any stretch of the imagination, just an artist that takes great satisfaction in having a positive impact on people's emotions."

Philip Wesley's music has been featured in radio, TV, and print, and has been nominated by various publications including 'Wind and Wire', 'Solo Piano Publications', and 'Mainly Piano' as some of 'the best of' solo piano albums. His album 'Dark Night of the Soul' continues to be a best seller on the iTunes charts, recently peaking at #1 in his genre.  And it continues to be one of the best selling albums on CD Baby, the world's largest independent music store.

More about the pianist/composers below...

Danny Wright, the veteran pianist and composer also known as "The Healer of Hearts," composes and records music that touches and uplifts people's souls.  The Texas-born artist, now based in Las Vegas, regularly attributes his prolific talent to the good grace of God.  His new releases in 2013 include Reflections, three 2-CD sets (God Bless America, Full of Love, and A Mother's Love) and several digital albums featuring favorites from his deep catalog compiled by theme.
Danny rose to fame in the late 1980s with his Black and White series, and is now busier than ever. The year 2012 brought the realization of a long-held dream. It marked the successful start of his Las Vegas -based independent record label -- WH Sound Studio  created to acquire and re-release his entire Moulin D'or catalog, including but not limited to the best-selling Black & White Series, Phantasys, Shadows, and four Christmas albums (all in both physical and digital format) along with some previously unreleased works. Danny tried on the role of businessman for the first time, forging several new domestic and international agreements to distribute the updated albums and to create new compilations; he is constantly adding to his discography, which included 40 CDs by 2013.
As one of today's finest pianist/composers, Danny defies classification. He specializes in several music styles: Adult Contemporary Piano, New Age, Classical, Broadway show tunes, and Film music.  He is a Steinway artist, and performs extensively as both a solo artist and as a guest artist with pops symphonies at top venues like the Berklee Performance Center in Boston and Schoenburg Hall in Los Angeles. 2012 included headlining concerts at The Raue Center for the Arts, The Levitt Pavilion in Arlington, TX, and a spectacular holiday concert at The Smith Center's Reynolds Hall in Las Vegas with special guest The Mirage's Terry Fator.
Danny has sold over 6 million albums worldwide, but no personal tale is too small to inspire the music in his heart. Many of his albums include songs written in response to a fan he may never have met, a child or adult in need of healing, or music for a wedding, anniversary or other cause for celebrations. It is from real-life experiences that Danny draws inspiration, and through his composing and playing he truly becomes a "healer of hearts," as one of his albums is aptly titled.

As a child, his destiny began to unfold at age four in Fort Worth, TX, when he reached up and played the theme from Dr. Zhivago on the piano in the family's living room with two hands. Recognizing an exceptional gift, his parents arranged for classical study under the respected professor, Dr. Harris Cavender. Since that time, Danny's life has consisted of his love of music, the piano and his desire to share his gift with others. His warm, outgoing personality combined with extraordinary talent has enabled him to touch millions of listeners through his recordings, concerts, and continuous personal correspondence with fans.
While audiences embraced Danny's early Black & White recordings, including his excellent arrangements of Broadway and film classics, New Age music critics applauded his original albums like Phantasys, Autumn Dreams and Shadows.  While the publication CD Review described his early original compositions as "...fluidly crafted, backed up by exquisite musicianship," Danny says they are inspired by life, blending influences including new age piano, contemporary jazz, classical and neoclassical. His more recent compositions -- like his latest double album Full of Love (2013)  show Danny's maturation as an artist, increasing in skill and simplicity, nearing in style to David Lanz or George Winston.  However, he still finds   inspiration in favorite classical composers such as Beethoven, Pachelbel and Debussy, and such Broadway greats as Gershwin, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Jerome Kern and Stephen Sondheim.
From 2000 to 2004, Danny Wright signed with Real Music to release Soul Mates (2001),  Do You Live, Do You Love (2002), and Danny Wright Healer of Hearts (2003), a newly-recorded collection of his 25 best-loved songs.  During that time, he was also commissioned to compose for the musical Phantom Immortal.  Soul Mates, Do You Live, Do You Love and Danny Wright Healer of Hearts were all Billboard magazine charting albums, with Danny Wright Healer of Hearts achieving Top 10 status.
In 2009, Danny released Walking in Faith, a collection of faith-based songs dedicated to his parents. Danny's mother was a breast cancer survivor for many years, and he continues to gratefully play concerts in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. His other charitable efforts are inspired by his love for children and animals; he gladly performs benefit concerts in support of the Humane Society, the Pediatric AIDs Foundation, and The American Red Cross.
Danny's music is embraced across genres and borders. Nineteen of his albums remain steady on Amazon's Top 100 Hot Sellers in the Adult Contemporary category, and he was thrice named by Billboard Magazine as a Top 10 artist in the New Age genre.  Twice, he has been nominated by the National Association of Record Merchandisers as the Best Seller in the New Age category.
Danny lives in Las Vegas with his family, where he continues to be inspired everyday by real life stories from friends all over the world.
