The Great Smoky Mountains - July 10, 2007
I just returned from a much needed and long overdue vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains! I had a fantastic time and the scenery was truely fantastic, and inspiring. I plan on returning there again and again. Who knows, I might do a theme album based on my adventures in the mountains. (:

Picasso's Coffee House - July 12, 2006
For those of you in the St.Louis area, I've discovered a new venue that is perfect for live music. It's called Picasso's Coffee House.
http://www.picassoscoffeehouse.com/
I just came back from Picasso's open mic night and everyone had a blast! After listening to 6 different artists sing and play guitar, I took the stage with my brand of solo piano music. I decided to keep it on the dark and brooding side with songs like 'Lamentations of the Heart', 'Beneath the Moonlight', and other favorites. Plugging my favorite artists and radio station along the way :)
